Key Worker System

Upon joining Be. Independent, each child is matched with a key worker—a dedicated member of staff who becomes a familiar face, advocate, and guide throughout their nursery experience. This relationship fosters a sense of security and belonging, which is paramount in enabling children to take risks and embrace learning.
