Admissions at Be. Independent Day Nurseries
Welcome to the first step in your child’s educational journey with Be. Independent Day Nurseries. We understand that choosing the right nursery is a significant decision for your family, and we are here to guide you through every step of the admissions process.
Enquiry and Initial Visit
Your journey begins with an enquiry. We invite you to contact us to discuss your needs, ask any questions you may have, and arrange a visit. During your visit, you’ll have the opportunity to tour our facilities, meet our staff, and observe our nursery in action. This is a great time to get a feel for our environment and ethos.
Registration Process
If you decide that Be. Independent Day Nurseries is the right fit for your family, the next step is to complete our registration form. This form captures essential information about your child and your family, and helps us understand your child’s needs and preferences.
Settling In Sessions
We believe in a gentle transition into nursery life. Once registered, we’ll arrange settling in sessions for your child. These are shorter sessions designed to help your child acclimatise to the nursery setting, meet our staff and their peers, and start forming those important bonds.
Minimum Attendance Requirement
To ensure that children benefit fully from our curriculum and philosophy, we require a minimum commitment of either 2 full days or 4 half-day sessions per week. This consistency helps children to establish a routine, feel secure, and fully integrate into nursery life.
Fees and Funding
Details of our fees are provided upon enquiry. We offer guidance on available funding options, such as government-funded hours for eligible children, and can assist in navigating these options to support your family’s needs.
Ongoing Communication
Once your child is enrolled, we maintain regular communication with you. Through parent-teacher meetings, progress reports, and daily updates, we ensure you are fully informed and involved in your child’s experiences and development at our nursery.
